WHAT TO SEE

Naggar Castle was built by Raja Sidh Singh of Kullu around 1460. The castle survived the earthquake of 1905, while most houses in the valley and the nearby city of Jawa were completely ruined.  The song Yeh Ishq Hai from the movie Jab We Met has been shot here. Besides, there are many ancient temples and breath taking views.
A must do is trekking in the pine forests, walking through apple orchards and going upto the waterfalls and rivulets gurgling with fresh water.

Day 0 (Tuesday evening)

Volvo from Delhi at 8:30 pm for Manali.

​

Day 1 (Wednesday)

Reach Naggar in the morning.

Relax, refresh and have brunch at the lodge.

After lunch, we take you on a short trek to a nearby local village with traditional hill architecture. We return before dark.

Spend the evening hours by a bon-fire, maybe sing an old song or two! Have dinner and retire early to bed to be fresh for the adventures of the next day.

Day 2 (Thursday)

Today is the day for outdoors. Finish Breakfast by 9:00 am and start for Jana Waterfall by jeep. Don’t forget to take your cameras along.

Enjoy at the waterfall. Local food for lunch follows at the waterfall.  The brave-heart can Zipline over the tree tops! We will also explore the trails above the waterfall.

In the afternoon, visit the local sight seeing places – Naggar Castle, Roerich Art Gallary, Gauri Shankar temple.

Dinner will be at a roof-top restaurant with view of the stars.

Day 3 (Friday)

You will be woken up early to take a short walk at 7:00am to a nearby apple orchard.

Check-out from lodge by 10:30 am after breakfast. Check-in into hotel in Manali.

This is the day to get a flavour of mountain biking. We grab our cycles and pedal up the curvy roads to head out of town.

Celebrate the ride with dinner at one of the cafes beside the river in Old Manali.

Day 4 (Saturday)

Today is the final day of the trip. We create ever lasting memories by trekking to the Jogini waterfall.

Early lunch and check-out from the hotel. The afternoon can be spent roaming in the bazaar and shopping for souvenirs. Return Volvo starts at 5:00 pm

Day 5 (Sunday)

After an overnight journey, we expect to reach Delhi around 06:00 am.

  • Travel from Patlikuhal (16 km before Manali) onwards till drop back to Kullu for return journey.

  • Accommodation (twin-sharing) for 3 nights – 2 nights in the hotel at Naggar and 1 night in camp at Bijli Mahadev

  • Any other Food and Beverage charges that are not included in the package

  • Zipline is a self-pay activity 

  • This is a self-help trip. Extra carriage requirements like a horse, porter, etc. will be chargeable

  • Any other costing involved due to any kind of natural calamity or forced circumstances beyond our control. - This would also include expenses on any medical exigencies

  • Any other items not specifically mentioned in Inclusions
